  • Welcome to Healthinology

Go from burnout to breakthrough and love your work again.

Welcome to Healthinology, you can find all things about health and wellness here. I promote positive mentality, disease prevention, and growing your overall quality of life.
Me, February 1, 2022. It took the photographer and myself a long time to stop laughing at my sweater because we actually had really hot weather.

Welcome to Healthinology.

I started Healthinology to promote health and wellness for busy, career professionals.

Too many people are working in a job unfulfilled and unsatisfied with where they're at. In addition, there is little time for any hobbies, spending time with family, or self-care.

Life is too precious to be wasting time in a workplace that isn't ideal, a job that is not fulfilling, and working with people that you don't even like! If you're currently experiencing anxiety and burnout...you're at the right place.

Through positive mentality and focus on mindfulness, health and overall well-being, I help high-achieving individuals like yourself build harmony in their work and life to find fulfillment.

About me:

Hi, I'm Theresa Yu Seturino.

Coach. Mentor. Advocate.

I'm based in Southern California where I eat, live, run and meditate.

I have a background in healthcare quality improvement. I have worked in  the Public Health and served as a Public Health Advisor fellow in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for a couple of years. I've also worked in a number of random places, including being  a barista at Starbucks!

I have been meditating for essentially my whole life, but consistently for the past 7 years, dabbling in different types.

I enjoy fitness, and the most frequent  things I like to do on a rotating basis are: swimming, running, weight lifting,  and yoga.

I studied the Health Sciences, BS, and I have a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) graduate degree.

Some of my proud (and random) accomplishments are: serving in deployment in Puerto Rico during the Zika Virus pandemic; longest-held job is actually tutoring various subjects (free-lance and employed); finishing half of Nursing school curriculum but never got a license.

I would love to get you started on your breakthrough journey!
